Primary Election in a Nutshell

Last Tuesday’s primary election very well may have produced the lowest voter turnout in state history. The proximity to the holidays, the inclement weather, and the lackluster attitude of the electorate all coalesced to keep most voters at home, despite the inordinate amount of TV advertising purchased by the candidates for lower level offices.
