Big Woods Church is devoted to:

• an increasing awareness of God,
• a deeper understanding of ourselves,
• compassion for the needs of others, and
• maturing Christian companionship.

As Congregationalists, we believe that we are Christ's children and He can be worshipped wherever you are.  The Bible tells us that we are to assemble together to worship Him.  Thus, we meet as a congregation (a unified body of believers) to worship God together.
