Reported observing subjects “smoking crack” while traveling in Warrenville on Rt. 59. R/O located suspected vehicle, a search was conducted of car and persons. No illegal contraband located. Driver was not impaired.

Reported hearing sounds of gunshots or fireworks in area of the 31000 block of Village Green. Officers did not locate any evidence that would indicate gun shots. There were no witnesses to the incident.

Resident of the 28w600 block of Ray St. reported known subject took vehicle without permission. Vehicle was returned the next day.

Reported subject breaking into apartment on the 2s600 block of Rt. 59. Subject resided w/tenant but was advised to move by parole officer. Tenant was contacted and both parties advised division of property would be decided by a judge, not the police. Apartment manager did not want to pursue charges for damage to window.
