Resident of the 29w500 block of Winchester needed information on eviction process to evict a roommate.

Resident of the 28w600 block of Ray St. reported unwanted subject at residence. Subject was issued a “No Trespass Order.”

Employee of business located on the 28300 block of Diehl Rd. reported customer was behaving in a inappropriate manner. Subject was intoxicated and asked to leave. Subject attempted to strike complainant. Subject did leave the business.

Resident of the 2s400 block of Riverside reported hearing lock on door of building on property jiggling. Subject observed two M/W subjects run from scene.

Reported observing subjects “smoking crack” while traveling in Warrenville on Rt. 59. R/O located suspected vehicle, a search was conducted of car and persons. No illegal contraband located. Driver was not impaired.

Reported hearing sounds of gunshots or fireworks in area of the 31000 block of Village Green. Officers did not locate any evidence that would indicate gun shots. There were no witnesses to the incident.

    Tuesday evening, March 20, after completing a long tiring day as a democratic election judge from 5:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Johnson School, I walked out to my car in the parking lot and sadly discovered two 1.5" x 3" business cards left on the right and left door windows of my vehicle with the Obama campaign logo and the printed words: "Hi, I saw your Obama sticker and I want to thank you for letting the village know who the idiot is."

    The thorium cleanup along the West Branch of the DuPage River reached my property last fall. I was hesitant to let around a dozen beautiful trees be taken out, but I believed in the greater good of removing thorium from this area, including my property.
