Jan. 4, 1941-Sept. 6, 2011

Ida K. Blaha, nee Kidd, 70, of Wheaton, formerly of Newport, OH and Lyons, IL.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Blaha, Jr.; loving mother of Joseph III, (Ann) Blaha, Barbara (Tom) Radiocic, Mary (Terry) Scherer, Jamie (Lisa) Sabbach, Judy (Ken) Bilitzki, and John (Young) Blaha; dear grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 7; fond sister of Nancy Wilson; aunt of many nieces and nephews; preceded by her parents George and Elizabeth "Ruby" Kidd, a brother Gene, and two sisters Dorothy Ann, and Shirley.

Ida was a very passionate bowler who belonged to both the Foxy Bowlers female league as well as the Downers Grove Seniors league at the Fox Bowl.

Ida was recognized as a nationally ranked bowler and enjoyed competing in national bowling tournaments.

Interment - Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery - Elwood, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
