Mark your calendars for the evening of July 22. At that time the Warrenville Hospitality Association is staging an event designed to benefit St. Irene’s Food Pantry.
Here’s how it works:
Participants (that’s you) drop off nonperishable food items or commonly used household supply items at SpringHill Suites Hotel or Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. The hotel will provide donors coupons from participating restaurants.After choosing a restaurant, the hotel calls ahead to make your reservation and you go to the restaurants to redeem your coupons for free appetizers or desserts as applicable.
Stay and enjoy a great meal. Later move on to another restaurant to sample their appetizers or desserts.
Each restaurant will offer prizes for drawings throughout the evening. So visit one or visit all of the establishments!
Event hours are 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Gather foodstuffs and household supplies now. Please help St. Irene’s keep its larder well-stocked for those in need.
