After eight chemotherapy treatments, a mini transfusion, various scans and numerous stays in the hospital, the Bovio family is overjoyed to announce that Art, who was diagnosed with cancer in December 2009, is improving at home.

“Making pottery is a lot of fun for me, and it allows me to express myself,” said Falco. “I never thought I could express myself in my art until I started messing with clay.”
